Great Adventure!

Yesterday was the greatest adventure of my life so far. Many first times. All three of us had to wake up very early to set off to the Singapore Consulate in Waiblingen(near to Stuttgart). It was around a 3 hours drive one way, so Mummy was extremely tired as she was the driver and also had to feed me in between. My parents have hardly any time to eat. It is the first time that we are going out for such a long time and so it was also my first "outdoors" feeding sessions.

So tiring, 3hrs drive one way and so difficult to navigate around the city. No road signs and so confusing. Got scolded for going down without an appt as the Consulate wasn't in. At first they say they can't get anything done because it was "Fasching"(Celebration of last day of winter). After calling the embassy in Berlin, they empowered the lady there to at least certify my documents as true copies. Then while I was still feeding Antanas there, she suddenly came in to tell us to wait a bit longer to as she'll be getting empowerment to act as a notary/commissioner to sign the documents. Alas, we managed to submit the application. Keeping fingers crossed now that they will approve it soon and then I can hopefully be on my way to Singapore soon. Looking forward to my first flying experience...
